essence haul (for the gazillion times) lol
26/40 - Merit for Macroecons!
and
30/40 - Distinction for Microecons!!!
thank you thank you thank you, thank GOD! :')
wootwooot!! :DD
ok now back to the actual purpose of my post...
Total amount spent:
$39.40
no shimmer or frost unlike the others :\
some were so frosty! bad bad.
but this had a nice smooth satin finish..
No.2 long beach.
i love that there have a matte brown shadow (top right hand corner of the palette)
~without flash
~with flash
Crease brush!
As for the base, i got the illuminating one...because now that i am using mineral makeup from bareMinerals...as i said in my earlier post i got the matte-finish foundation...and the primer that came with it, is also a silicone based gel type(matte)...
i also have two silicone based primers- ELF mineral primer, and Revlon Beyond Natural smoothing primer...but i do have a MAC primer which is cream based and has a shimmery finish, like this essence too. Since i only have one illuminating primer which is the MAC and its bloody 50 bucks, so i dont use it everyday...i got this for a wayy cheaper alternative!
i love collecting concealers...foundations too! but i dunno why...hahah! i just LOVE trying different types.. this to be used with my mineral makeup...
though my bareMineral foundation gives me enough coverage...but its not as full as the coverage from a liquid foundation, which im still getting used to...since im so used to wearing liquid foundation almost everyday!
so the days im going out...for events/occassions and i wanna look really flawless, then i use concealer under my mineral foundation...if not i would skip all liquid and cream foundations/concealers...its been 2 weeks since i used liquid foundations and concealers! been strictly using ONLY the bare minerals makeup, not even powder foundation!
Matte off-white/cream colour shadow.
01 black fever.
1. highly pigmented
2. awesome staying power
this pic above is, 4 hours after i swatched it...i came home and tried rubbing it off, and it didn't budge a single bit!!! by the way, this is not my first time swatching it...i have been searching high and low for this long-lasting eye pencil...trust me, its seriously LONG lasting...
many times, i
swatched the tester of this at so many outlets, let it sit on my hand
for a good few mins before i tried rubbing it off and oh am gee, it didn't move at all! but it was always sold out in the 2 outlets where i usually purchase my essence products...and finally one good souled Watsons outlet, re-stocked their items! so yayy!!!
yes the colour faded after some time...but it didn't smudge even after so many hours! and when i tried to rub it off with my bare fingers...it didn't smear!!! *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*
there you go...my essence haul! :)
hope you guys enjoyed it...now off to do my project! :P
