A total of 15 products at one go!!So the first thing i got, was a bdae gift for my dance friend Saranya(one of the 2, who surprised me with a dinner at the hotel!)

1) studio complexion brush[for setting face with powder], 2) professional crease brush [NOT for blending, i got my MAC 224 for that! ;) ]
3) High Definition powder(translucent setting powder to set liquid foundations and, DulceCandy raved about this!].

studio fix foundation & studio finish concealer!The past few days i have been waking up late for work...though i AM NOT late for work! :P i have been rushing so badly, that all i do is, slap on my UD tinted moisturizer and stipple on some Maybelline powder foundation to set! and thats it. If got time some blush...if not just run out! absolutely no eye-makeup..
and you know what...not too bad eh! at the end of the day my skin is so much less oily...the coverage of the tinted moisturizer followed by the powder foundation, is very decent! Hence, i have decided to abandon my four(Laura mercier, Revlon, MUFE hd, Shu Umera) liquid foundations for awhile! :PP and try out this combination- 1) tinted moisturizer + powder foundation OR 2) concealer + powder foundation...
and you know what...not too bad eh! at the end of the day my skin is so much less oily...the coverage of the tinted moisturizer followed by the powder foundation, is very decent! So i got NC 40 which is my colour...and NW 30 for my concealer!The dumb thing is...even at the local Sephora and MAC, they carry the studio finish concealers, only up to NC/NW 35!! WHICH I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY, when their foundations got up to 50! :\
Even at these flea/spree and at the warehouse itself, they also carry the concealers only up to the shade of NC35! which is dumb!!! its freakinn light for me lah...so i chose NW 30 which is perfect for me, just not on the yellow base, though i have yellow undertones! NW 35 was way too dark...maybe because, NC is on the yellowish side so 35 seems light/ashy on me...but when i saw the NW colours...the exact numbers in comparison to the NC, were darker! like NC 35 is light for me, but NW 35 is too tan for me...hope i made sense :P

ooh, the Holiday collection! nice...and yesterday night, i got a msg from Zuraidah! I met up with her after my shopping, to pass her the gifts i bought for her...and she sms-ed later at night,

and i replied,
" :) i have never told you this...but i have always thought that i am truly happy to have met you! and im really glad im able to make you smile...don't say thanks all...as a friend, i really do enjoy your company! for some reason we are able to click well and thats gd! and I AM truly grateful to have met ppl like you and yogam...and its actually good to think of things/people you're grateful for, only then we realise that we are pretty fortunate in some way, though not in all ways...im saying this from the bottom of my heart because i do sit down and reflect on my past too! and am truly proud to see how far i have come alone, ALIVE.
